Ebike repair
As electronics interest me a lot and I like hands on work, repairing Ebikes is something I enjoy, from repairing the engine, connectors, display to the battery and the controller.
Here is a disassembled battery pack from an ebike, it is simple enough for any technician to repair it. There are the Lithium cells, the battery management system, and connectors.
There are more complicated batteries out there however, such as Panasonic Pedelec Drive systems that use UART CAN Bus systems that enables communication between battery and the controller.
I had repaired an optical torque sensor on my ebike, the problem was that since the optical LEDs were damaged by water. The engine started intermittently, so after replacing the LEDs all is well.
